OS Data Order Process
To place an order for Ordnance Survey digital data products the following forms are required:
- Order Form
- Framework Direct Licence for OS Data
- Acceptance form of Framework Direct Licence
Order Form
This document enables you to indicate the products you wish to order and on how many terminals you wish to use the data. The cost of the data you require can also be calculated. Please select the order form you require from the list below:
Framework Direct Licence
This document forms the basis of your contract to use OS data within your own organisation and must be read before any other forms are returned to Apogee Data Consulting. Click here to download a copy.
Acceptance Form
By signing this document you are confirming that you have read and understood the Framework Direct Licence. Click here to download a copy.
IMPORTANT - This form needs to be sent to Apogee Data Consulting not Ordnance Survey as indicated at the end of the document, Apogee Data Consulting will ensure that OS receive all the necessary documentation once the order process is completed.
The Acceptance Form and Order Form should be sent together to Apogee Data Consulting by post to the address indicated. On receipt of your order a GIS Consultant will contact you to confirm receipt and the cost of the data you have ordered.
